Aspen Medical was initially contracted by the North Sydney and Central Coast Area Health Service (NSCCAHS) to assist them in meeting their June 2008 targets for the reduction in dental waiting lists on the central coast of New South Wales, Australia. Aspen Medical provided a number of dental teams, operating within NSCCAHS dental facilities to remove over 1500 dental patients from the waiting list to meet New South Wales Health state targets. Aspen Medical was able to mobilise their dental teams at short notice to meet this target. Aspen Medical was then engaged to assist other Area Health Services in New South Wales to reduce their waiting lists. At the completion of the programme, Aspen Medical had removed over 5,500 people from the New South Wales state dental waiting lists.

Aspen Medical was contacted by Justice Health, a division of New South Wales Health, to remove a significant dental waiting list from three key Justice Health sites: Lithgow, Bathurst and Kirkconnell correctional facilities. Aspen Medical successfully completed this contract within the required time frame to the complete satisfaction of Justice Health.

Aspen Medical has been contracted by the Australian Department of Defence for the provision of all health services at the Albury/Wodonga Military Area (AWMA) in Australia. The Albury Wodonga Military Area centres around two main Army Bases with the primary focus being training of Army personnel. Army Logistics Training Centre (ALTC) is the largest unit.  Approximately 506 ADF and APS personnel are permanently located within the AWMA with approximately 6000 trainees attending courses throughout the year.
