Aspen Medical and its founders, Dr Andrew Walker and Glenn Keys, pick up several awards in one week

It was a busy week for Aspen Medical and the company founders, Dr Andrew Walker and Glenn Keys, as the company took home awards at several ceremonies across Australia. The awards recognised the company’s leadership in exporting and the founder’s leadership in corporate social and entrepreneurship.

Aspen Medical was awarded the Health & Biotechnology Exporter of the Year Award at the ACT Chief Minister’s Export Awards.

Dr Andrew Walker was awarded the University of Newcastle Alumni Award for National Leadership.

Glenn Keys was won the Community Leader category at the Australian Institute of Management Awards for his work within the disability space including Project Independence.

Both Andrew and Glenn won the Services category at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and went on to become the overall National Winner. They will compete at the awards to be held in Monaco, France, in May 2017.

Bruce Armstrong, Aspen Medical CEO, said “These awards cannot be achieved without the entire Aspen Medical team delivering healthcare solutions to our customers on a daily basis, wherever they are needed. Whether they are on the front line of our delivery or supporting those on the front line, we thank them all for the crucial role they play in making Aspen Medical a world class operation.”
