Thomas G. Crabtree, MD, FACS - CEO/Medical Director
Thomas G. Crabtree, MD, FACS is the Medical Director for Aspen Medical USA. Thomas is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr Crabtree is a graduate of Harvard and Stanford University and completed his general surgery training in San Francisco, Tuscan and accomplished his plastic surgery training in Washington DC and Baltimore.
Mr. H.E. "Butch" Poole - Vice President (Operations and Business Development)
Butch Poole is Vice President of Aspen Medical USA, responsible for all operations and business development. Previously, he served 30+ years with the United State Marine Corps in several command and staff positions. Prior to joining Aspen Medical, Mr. Poole’s responsibilities included management of contract support for the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance, in Honolulu, Hawaii.Prior to this assignment he was the Director, CACI’s Asia Division based in Seoul, Korea. His responsibilities included successful management, strategic planning and daily execution of CACI’s Asia business base. The core offerings of the Asia organization was mission and information technology support products and services for customers within the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Craig Jaques - Assistant Vice President (Operations) and Project Coordinator
Craig Jaques is Assistant Vice President (Operations) and Project Coordinator for Aspen Medical USA. Craig's career has involved international project management, research, and operational experience in public health, health services, and development within governmental and non-governmental organizations, and academicinstitutions. Craig managed and further developed an NGO's role in DoD-led civil-military humanitarianassistance missions, conducted research in public health law and policy at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities and earned a Certificate as Manager of Health Emergencies in Large Populations from Johns Hopkins University and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Craig has been working with Aspen Medical USA since the Summer of 2009, assisting with the operations of Aspen Medical USA and serving as the Project Coordinator for Aspen Medical USA's contract with CACI supporting the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance.
